Why I Ride
I usually saddle up at daybreak,
from May on through the Fall.
To me any day spent a horseback,
does not seem like work at all.
I have tried a few other trades,
from truck driver to rodeo clown,
but the working cowboy way of life,
beats them all hands down.
Sometimes it's cold and windy,
sometimes it rains all day,
but my worst day in the saddle,
beats one...
spent any other way!
